This month we are proud to announce a partnership with Chanin Winery. Gavin Chanin’s wines are highly regarded and sought after in the U.S. and abroad. With the new releases, RWG has secured a solid allocation for our local market.

Chanin Winery is dedicated to crafting wines from Santa Barbara County that reflect the individual vineyards in which they are grown. Owner and winemaker, Gavin Chanin, learned from Jim Clendenen, having started at Au Bon Climat in 2006 as a harvest intern. Over the next several years he worked his way up to assistant winemaker while also launching and building Chanin Wine Company. As praise and demand grew, Gavin was able to set off on his own and move into his own winery in Lompoc in 2012. The wines are currently in select markets in the U.S. and Europe, but production remains small at 8,000 cases.

Multitalented, Gavin also graduated with an degree in art from UCLA in 2009. Each wine has a piece of his art on the label. We are thrilled to launch with the following wines:
