Made from organically farmed grapes in the Santa Ynez Valley, Glasrose begins as single-vineyard, single-vintage verjus, harvested early and kept unfermented to preserve natural acidity and freshness. It’s then blended with botanicals and finished with a gentle sparkle.
The result? Crisp, delicately layered, and shockingly delicious. It drinks like something familiar yet new, with all the intentionality and environmentally friendly focus we love in our wines.
Created by founders Sara and Max — an opera singer and former winemaker raising their family on an organic vineyard — Glasrose offers a thoughtful, highly-enjoyable option for those skipping alcohol or simply in the mood for something different.
